This is a moodboard for my reader. The bands on it are 30 Seconds To Mars, Paramore, You Me At Six and All Time Low and these are the sort of bands that a reader of my magazine would listen to. Camden would be a place where a reader likes to go with friends, and the electric guitar symbolises the fact that a reader may play an instrument such as guitar, bass, or drums and may even be in a band themselves. Jared Leto, Oli Sykes and Ash Stymest show the kind of men that the readers would find attractive, and my magazine will include posters, etc to appeal to this. The readers like clothes, but would not be a big fan of shopping. The shoes and converses show the reader's idea of fashion. A reader would know that style is not just about what you wear, but the attitude that you wear with it. A reader of Bangover! would like partying and having a good time with their friends and this is what the bottle of vodka is showing. Kerrang would probably be my main competitor as this is a magazine that readers of Bangover! probably already read and listen to bands that are featured within it. A reader of Bangover! would never go anywhere without their Ipod because they need music with them all the time. Music is everything to them.
